Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Senior Manager, Performance and Analytics Global Procurement - Capability Center in Bengaluru, India

In this role typical day might include performing the following:

  • The Senior Manager of Performance and Analytics at the Global Procurement Capability Centre in Bengaluru will oversee the establishment and leadership of a new team. This team will be integral to the Capability Centre's mission to fulfill Global Procurement duties at Regeneron.

  • The role will be responsible for advising a team of guides passionate about delivery of performance and analytics capabilities supporting global procurement.

  • The position entails analyzing data, creating reports, and offering insights that will empower category teams to make knowledgeable decisions that bolster strategies and further the growth of data literacy skills within Global Procurement. Furthermore, by collaborating with international colleagues, the role will promote and establish innovative and standardized practices in operational procedures.

  • Accountable for leadership of a team of analysts providing reports, data insights, dashboards, and data models to enable the delivery across the global procurement organisation, including:

  • Providing Category teams with ad-hoc analysis in support of strategy development and customer engagement

  • Responsible for the generation of new, and maintenance of existing, dashboards used by Global Procurement

  • Providing the Global Procurement Leadership Team with key performance tracking metrics

  • Provide external Benchmarking and market analysis for category teams in support of strategy development

  • Leverage internal and external data sources to build new analytics capabilities identifying trends and patterns to forecast future direction and strategy

  • Operationalize the preparation and execution of RFI’s, RFP’s, and RFQ’s supporting multiple categories across global procurement

  • Work within COE and Category teams to participate in event preparation meetings, requirements reviews, development of questionnaires, score sheets, and provide project support throughout the event

  • Maintain, standardize, and optimize RFx templates, reporting, and supplier response evaluations to continuously improve the data available to category teams and partners

  • Validate sourcing event documents, suppliers, and event partners to ensure completeness of data and support suppliers prior to and during an event

  • Demonstrates knowledge of efficient global procurement organizations and processes within the biopharmaceutical industry to support the growth and evolution of the Global Procurement organization and leverages this knowledge to drive improvements within Regeneron, aligned with corporate priorities.

  • Provides mentor and guidance on job performance and career development to direct reports and provides leadership example for the organization.

  • Mentors proficiency on procurement technical skills among global procurement team

  • Build data literacy skill in Global Procurement

This job might be for you if you:

  • The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study plus relevant, dynamic experience in procurement, preferably including experience in Pharma/BioPharma.

  • Experience efficiently leading teams

  • Builds influential teamworks and suppliers to get results for Regeneron.

  • Provide guide insight and knowledge regarding Performance and Analytics

  • Individual who is experienced operating with integrity, focus, and transparency in an environment of ambiguity to inspire change and improvement.

  • Experience leading analyst level professionals in a multi-national firm including writing performance reviews, setting annual objectives, coaching, and developing direct reports.

  • Solid understanding of data analytics and analysis domain, including Qlik, Tableau, Power BI ; ERP systems such as Oracle; and S2P platforms (Oracle, Zycus, GEP, Ariba, Other) preferred.

  • Ability to bring to bear standard business applications for communicating, presenting and analyzing (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
