Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Manager, Strategic Planning & Clinical Operations in Tarrytown, New York
This role resides in the Regeneron Genetic Medicines Clinical Development Unit and Experimental Sciences (RGM CDU & ES). The Manager, Strategic Planning & Operations works closely with the Director of Strategic Planning & Operations, along with the RGM CDU & ES Leadership Team (LT) in support of the operational management of the department. The scope includes supporting departmental meetings, objective and goal setting, support of cross-functional projects, review and tracking of RGM CDU & ES top deliverables, headcount and resource forecasting, and team communications. The role also supports initiatives to establish a high-performing, strategic, effective, and quality-focused organization that is well-aligned and integrated with other functions, including RGM research, the Regeneron Genetic Center (RGC), and Global Development.
As a Manager, a typical day may include the following:
Will partner across the RGM CDU LT and the broader organization in support of portfolio and departmental planning
Support the collation and tracking of critical program and departmental initiatives
Assist the Director of Planning & Strategy on cross functional critical initiatives, special projects, and organizational planning
Support planning, critical communication, and agenda development for departmental monthly meetings
Identify areas for process improvement and operational efficiencies
Collaborate with other Global Development Planning and Operations personnel to work through process and other issues that impact the RGM CDU and Global Development

To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years' experience required. Advanced degree or equivalent experience (e.g. MBA, PhD, Pharm D) preferred. We are seeking a demonstrated depth of understanding of the drug development process. This role is both strategic and tactical and requires an agile problem solver with strong planning ability, interpersonal and communication skills, along with scientific and business insight to work across the RGM CDU & ES and with our partners to advance planning and team communication. We need expertise in MS applications including (but not limited to) TEAMS, Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel.

$113,100.00 - $184,700.00
